When I turn up a song that has a lot of bass,
the speakers in my trunk go out, but the speakers INSIDE the car keep playing like normal. Why am i having this problem??? I have 1200 watt 12" woofers and a 1000 watt amp. PLEAZZZ!!!

It sounds like the amplifier in your trunk is shutting off. The most likely cause is insufficient voltage. This can be caused by a poor ground, corroded or loose battery terminals, or alternator/battery problems.

Turning down the gains will take some of the pressure off the amplifier. Also, make sure you aren't running a speaker setup under the minimum impedance rating of the amplifier. If you have a 2-channel amp, and it's bridged to two subwoofers, there's a very good chance you're running it at too low an impedance.
