You go to jail for whatever amount of time the judge suspended pending you doing the community service. You can ask for an extension.

don't worry about it. you're a minor.. just get your act together before it's too late. you're going to have to do community service and do some probation but it's not going to hurt you in the future.

im not sure about the other answers but i have spent ALOTTTTTT of years going thru courts, jails AND prisons! im done now tho lol
anyways here in cali if u cant do community service (which i took only once! easier to do jail i think!) they give u a date to report to jail and give you $30 a day off of your fine(whatever the fine is for not doing comm.service) and with your 1/2 time date u get out SOOOO much earlier but if u do community service then you hafta work everyday until the finish date! i choose jail! good luck!

If you dont do your community service you will be fouond in violation of your probation. The court does not care that you cant do it, find a way or be violated. Been there done that, trust me, make the time to do your cs

what state do you live in. if you are in florida you better find a way to do your community service or you better buy out of it. florida will serve a warrant on you if you dont do your community service. you can buy out of it for 10 dollars an hour.for example if you have 50 hours you can just pay 500 dollars

if you don't do your community service like the courts ordered you to do then you are breaking a court order, and could possible go to jail for it depending on the judge.....they should have told you all this in court when you were court ordered to do the community service.
if your running out of time to do it, go back to court and get it extended, before you break the court order, and you should get out of trouble that way, but they will only extend it for so long so many times, then they will know your not going to do as you say and possible put a bench warrant out for you!
if it was me,,,,,,i would do the community service as soon as i could to get it over with....sure beats the fines, court costs and taking the chance of going to jail!!!

You get an all expense paid vacation in the county jail. Community service is not an option, it's court ordered. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

You better have a good reason for not doing it, and have proof. The Judge will understand if you have a REALLY GOOD excuse, if not, then enjoy the punishment.

you need to go before the judge and tell him why you can't do it and see if something else can be done.
