Strange as it may sound, taking a baking soda bath will take away almost any rash. I use it for all the rashes my 1 year old gets - including diaper rash. Be generous with the baking soda.

Just put a good saddle on the rash, then hop on and ride it !

If it is some sort of Poison Ivy, poison oak, or whatever, try some caloumbine...callumbine...calombuine.... Uh... that pink lotion. If its somewhere visible that you want to hide it DONT try to use coverup. Put some lotion with aloe on it to sooth it (if it itches) and put some coverup on a small patch, to see if it irritates it.

If it doesnt go away after a month, see a dermatologist.
