Can someone help me....whenever I try to download anything, like a program, song, or anything online the box pops up but when I click any of the buttons (Open, save, cancel) nothing happens. And also Paint Shop Pro 7 will not open when I click the shortcut on my desktop or the file in the Program files, I was getting rid of files and removing hardware today and I think I accidently deleted something can anyone help?

Yea, it sounds like you broke something...
Maybe you can restore back to an earlier date using system restore...otherwise, repair windows, do all updates, and reinstall psp7
