it is not any longer correct. once you're 18, you're seen an person. this is once you're legally allowed to bypass out and get your very own condominium and bypass and do in spite of you prefer (besides drink) without stepping into hassle with your mom and father. once you're 17 you're nevertheless a minor. 18 is the age of adulthood for some (no longer maximum, yet some) adult males. i think human beings purely think of that in case you get a woman knocked up once you're a minor, you would be a nasty determine (which i do no longer consider by way of fact 3 of my friends are teen mom and father). the two way, it is the regulation. Gotta stay by using it, or get into hassle.

If I were you, I would be more concerned about learning how to spell and compose basic sentences rather than having sex. Did you drop out of school or something? Or are your schools just really poor?

As for the sex, go for it. Who cares about the age difference? But you seem to have bigger problems. Get an education, then go have sex with anybody or everybody you want.

As you are over 18 you would be well advised to check the Age of Consent law for your State / Country. In many places it is 16...

I have to agree with Richard... if you are asking that question, then you are definitely not ready for sex or for having a baby with someone that you think might be too young. If you think he's too young for sex, then he's definitely too young to have a child with! And just for the record, no, 1year age difference is no big deal, in my opinion.

If you have to ask if it is okay, then you obviously should not be asking....no it is not illegal, but if you have to ask, and which it seems you are searching for some kind of consent, then you just might be a little too immature for sex.... you might wanna wait for a few more years, until you know you are sure you can handle it with out asking anyone it is okay

No! No! NO! Don't have sex until you are ready to spend the rest of your life with him. You are selling yourself out as cheap goods from the dime store. Have a little self respect.

Thats still considered rape.Even though you are the girl whos older, and even for the fact that he is willing to do something with you.I'm sure that'll make no difference to the cops and judge.

Statutory rape is a crime in any state. to have sex with a minor they don't care if you are 2 days older than he is. WAIT!
By law they have to prosecute you even if he doesn't press charges! Good luck jail bait!
