Technically no, there is nothing in the Bible stating you can't lick a toad, but if you are asking the question because of the hallucinogenic properties of toad slime and you want to get high, there is a command against sorcery.
The word Sorcery in the Bible is translated from the Greek root for our word pharmacy and prohibits the use of drugs.

No. This falls under the realm of God-given common sense.
Some of those toads are poisonous.

Toads are not Kosher. They are like shellfish, rabbits or pork that way.
But I think that there might be an additional prohibition on them as hallucinogens. (bufo marinus)

who was the demon like person told you that a toad is a creation of God's for us to control not them to control us that's why we were giving dominion over the animals. from the day of creation to the day of Noah................................theywould not harm him and Noah's family it not a sin to lick toad why would you unless your doing witchcraft that is a SIN.

I often wonder why people have to mock christian beliefs by asking questions just to get attention. However..if you wish to lick toads go for it..just remember some are poisonous....and please can you find another way to seek attention.
