Don't worry. It doesn't cost you anything to write questions,but in away anything on the internet costs money cause you pay for the internet. but it doesn't have an individual cost to write a question.

yes, you have to pay to block pop ups.....advertisers know somebody will buy there product. otherwise they wouldn't pay yahoo. but specifically it doesn't cost you anything
