BOTH... BUT I WOULD SAY THE FOOL AND THE FOOL THAT FOLLOWED. cuz if you followed, the fool would be the fool that fooled the fool that didnt follow. and the fool that followed would be fooled by the fool. the fool would be fooled by the fool who followed because the fool was the real fool but the fool who followed said he was fooled by the fool which they fooled each other. im guessing?
