If I took some estrogen, would that help to counteract the effects of the steriods? Is there anything I can do?

Medical corticosteroids are NOT the same as anabolic steroids that athletes take (illegally)

The steroids that you are given by the doctor are not at all the same as the ones that are abused for athletic reasons. The drugs you got from your doctor should not cause any kind of effects that are similar to those of anabolic steroids. If you are experiencing some kind of side effects as a result of the medication that your doctor prescribed, you may need to address this with him/her, and they will figure out from there what the necessary course of action should be.
