What color should i dye my curly dark brown hair?

Question

Okay so i have curly dark brown hair,and its a litle past my shouilders when curly. This summer i wanna put blue streaks in it, but would i have to straighten my hair everyday so it wouldnt look wierd? It is REALLY curly. Also, should i dye it black so the blue will look better? or will it look okay with my brown hair? i think the color is chesnut now....? Also, will the color fade when i go in the pool? Last summer i dyed it with the 2 week stuff and it came out the first time i went swimming. My hair does not grow fast and my school doesnt allow unnatural colors, although some people still have them but anyway will i dave blue streaks with braown roots or black hari with brown roots if i dye it black with blue streaks? Okay i know this was a kind of long explanation but anything would help. THANKS!!!♥♥♥♥♥

you know it's up to you. I would die my hair black then put but streeks. see i just died my hair black, and i wanted to put blue streeks, but my mom wouldnt let me. but you know it still looks cool if you don't die it blue. and if you are going to die it at all, dont use that 2 week stuff, use the peranent die, it works, i die my hair all the time. ( my hairs curly too, ) and it doesn't dry it out or anything.

i think that you should get a better color like a red or blond. Don't die it black because some people don;t look good in black. It just doesn't work. Highlighting or dyeing your hair would be great. But don't use the Two week stuff because last year my friend did and it washed when she swam and since it is this summer when you swim it will come out easier.

redish, blonde,or dark down

carmel or light auburn. itll grow out a little more natural looking than something drastic, and with less up-keep.
