need to lose weight quickly!! hELP !!! answer pleaseeeeee=(?
hey everyone i have this special occasion coming, and i need to lose 15pounds/lbs in 3weeks, is that possiblee???
and can you guys please give me some diet that works and is healthy too,
please DONT give me diets that you dont kno whether works or not but got it off the internet, THANK YOU!
and for school i can't exercise, because i am too busy with work. i only get time to walk home for an hour, what else do you guys think i shoud do??

Im having a problem with that myself but what you need to do is to find out what fruits and vedies you like and then get atached to them like me lol♥

I don't buy the "too busy to exercise" bit... even 10 minutes a day helps. Get that heartrate up for a few minutes and you'll do yourself a world of good.
Also, drink lots of water or decaffinated tea.... even diet sodas, while calorie-free, are so laden with chemicals and unpronouncable stuff, you're better off with natural stuff. Juices are good for you, but really high in sugar... cut them with water if you feel the need for juice.
Portion control is key too... noone needs an entire plate mounded with foods. Keep your meals smaller, avoid fried foods, eat veggies and a smaller amount of fruit you enjoy.
There isn't a 'definitive' diet... just common sense and willpower.
Bottom line... avoid too much sugar, salt, fat and carbohydrates. The key is moderation!

Losing weight quickly like that isn't healthy. BUT, What you can do, is drink as much water as you can. In the first few days, you will lose like 5 pounds just by drinking the water. After that, do the Atkins diet....NO carbohydrates. Alot of protein, fruits and vegetables. NO greasy foods, NO fast foods. You may not lose 15 pounds, but you'll come close.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

My husband lost 50 lbs from Jan-April last year. It is really very simple and easy, as well as nutritional. I have another friend who has lost about 100 lbs. You drink a chocolate or lemon shake for breakfast, with a protein bar in the middle of the morning, then drink another protein shake at lunch, have another protein bar in the middle of the afternoon( or an apple-or something healthy), then you eat a healthy supper, nothing large(like pizza or french fries). If you want to loose that much weight in a healthy manner you'll have to make the time to exercise. The only way to loose weight is you eat fewer calories than you burn or burn more calories than you eat.
