When l do situps, most times, a muscle or something feels like its bulging out or tighting , possible both, but l curl up and have to relax in order for it to go away, it really scares me when it happens, but l want to do situps to flatten my tummy, please if you know of possible why this might be happening, it started shortly after l had my third child, when l started to get into working out, it also happens when l stretch.

You have nothing to worry about, the pain you are experiencing is normal for a person who exercises. Your muscles are adjusting to the reduced shape.
