Have some chicken legs, without the skin. Also when I was on a low carb diet, I used to eat something called Pork Rinds. That is good also. Good luck..keep up the good work

Low-fat yogurt. Lots of protein since it's a dairy product.

Roasted nuts have a little more fat, but they are a great snack packed with protein. Plus, the fat is the good kind.

Boil some eggs and eat JUST the egg whites...or open a can of Tuna Fish and mix in a little bit of non fat Mayo...Both are SUPER high in protein and almost NO FAT!!!

Can of tuna fish, and mix in some fat free mayonaise. It's quick, relatively cheap, and certainly tasty.

I'd eat two of those a day as a snack.. back when I went to the gym.

The snack bar "Pria" is a very good snack bar low in fat. Also "Special K" bars are also another snack that's low in fat and calories.

You can also try peanuts, they are not bad if you are doing weight training. Usually they have a high percentage of protein.
