the Netherlands is los Países Bajos.
if you want to say Holland the you say Holanda.
Los Países bajos and Holanda are interchangeable in Spanish just as the Netherlands and Holland are interchangeable in English.

The use of

Holland = Holanda

is incorrect when referring to the country, as Holland is just a region of the Netherlands comprising North-Holland and South-Holland, just two of the 12 provinces, .
