Ok my friend likes this boy alot and she is afraid too kiss him cause she thinks That he might have something.That is why i am asking should she or should she not?

Where is it written that she 'should' or 'should not' then?
How old are these kids?
If she's afraid, then there may be good reason for her fear. And so, if she does kiss him, she could spend the next 12 months (or more) going through emotional agonies about whether she has caught something. Great.
What a Great Friend you are, wanting to subject her to that.

My mother always said, "never kiss boys names aquilino" she said they are nothing but trouble!!! It has saved me many times. Good luck.

Aquilino, I know an Aquilino. Not a very common name. if she wants to kiss him then she shud. Y shud it matta?

She shouldn't kiss him only because she likes him.A kiss is more than just a kiss.Kissing can lead to one thing and to another. She should search herself to see if she's emotional ready for somthing like that or what it can lead to.

if she really wants to then go right ahead but tell her if the boy says that he doesn't like her they have a problem but if he does then she and him have a wonderful realtionship
