Hi I am 14 years old 5'5 130 lbs. I'm not really that fat but I have a belly. I really want to get a 6 pack preferably at the latest before next school year starts in September. Any diet or exercises I can do? Unfortunately, I have NO equipment whatsoever so anything that I can do (crunches, sit ups etc) at home with no equipment. I plan on not eating anything except lots of water and fruits and vegetables. I will also take just normal multivitamins.
So please, can you tell me some workouts that will give me quick results so I can see them? Any other tips appreciated!! Thank you in advance!
