Hi I am 14 years old 5'5 130 lbs. I'm not really that fat but I have a belly. I really want to get a 6 pack preferably at the latest before next school year starts in September. Any diet or exercises I can do? Unfortunately, I have NO equipment whatsoever so anything that I can do (crunches, sit ups etc) at home with no equipment. I plan on not eating anything except lots of water and fruits and vegetables. I will also take just normal multivitamins.

So please, can you tell me some workouts that will give me quick results so I can see them? Any other tips appreciated!! Thank you in advance!

punish ur abs with basic stuff ... i mean punish ... no mercy ...

first i want to say that you should eat more than just "lots of water and fruits and vegetables". meat is good too, try chicken and fish. you said you have a belly,that means you have some fat and you should also run/jog to burn calories, crunches and sit ups will make the muscles "get bigger" but will not burn that much fat like running does.

Sit ups sit ups and more sit ups a healthy diet and you will have a 6 pack in no time good luck
