You know, I did this today at a girl I hadn't even noticed. She looked up at me and I wondered if she thought I was checking her out.
I was at the gym and I had sweat in my eye and was trying to refocus and I was also deep in though. I usually bite my lower lip when I'm thinking, don't know why.
When the situation happened I actually wondered if I should stop biting my lower lip.
The answer to your question is probably no. When I'm checking a girl out I usually just do a quick glance up, down, and back up.

That sounds kind of creepy actually. Does he look serious or like he is going to start laughing anytime? It might just be his way of flirting but I wouldn't think to much of it unless he tries to talk to you or flirts another way. Good Luck!
