Today I have 3 slices of pizza AND some candy. I am supposed to be on a diet! How can I get back on the right track?

You need to refocus and let it go. We all make mistakes when it comes to our food choices. Just start back up immediately and drink more water to help flush your body!

Next time you want to eat 3 slices of pizza and candy, think about how bad it made you feel. And, think about all those calories.
