Botox injections. Or just try to calm down. Watch your caffeine intake. That makes anxiety worse.

Well, there are many things you can do:

First of all, always shower. You should take at least one shower a day. If you take a shower in the morning before going out, and you sweat a lot, or do exercise during the day, you might want to take another shower at night when you get home. This will keep your body clean and will avoid bad odors as there will be fewer bacteria in your skin.

Then, deodorants. If your armpits are always sweaty, or at least, you sweat a lot when nervous, then you should consider using a deodorant that is strong and also Antiperspirant. Some doctors advice not to use them as they will hold the sweat inside you and it could be bad. But if you have a big problem, then you could carry one with you, and when the time is right, use it (of course, go somewhere private to do this… LOL). If you mix regular and antiperspirant, try matching the same brand and fragrance so you don’t mix then as the smell could become weird.

Also watch your diet. Avoid caffeine, and drink lots of water and natural juices. Stay away from fast foods and sodas, and if you are a legal adult and you like to drink, do some research to find out what kind of drinks are less toxic, so you can choose those. Strong drinks (usually good ones) can change the smell of your body and urine very drastically.

To avoid the “wet spot” under your arms, always try to wear clothes that don’t get dark when they get wet. You need to choose the right colors and the right materials. Also try wearing tank tops and similar if is a hot day so you can stay fresh.

And last, but not least, do lots of exercise. The best ones are aerobics style so you can sweat a lot. It will keep your body healthy and in good shape. It will make you sweat away many bad things in your system, and you will loose body fat which can be also responsible for some of your problems. Extra fat in your body can make your sweat have a very particular smell. And yes, make sure to take a good refreshing shower after working out.

That should help you a lot, and the next thing you know you will be surrounded by guys and they will be sweating after seeing your hot body ;)

Good luck.

Relax, sista! Just calm down and think of it as having a conversation with just another friend or a guy cousin or something. Don't think things like, "Omgosh what if he thinks I have bad breath?" Like I said before, cool it! And the sweating problem may just be that your sweat glands are overproducing sweat. I had the same problem, and I used Certain Dri roll-on antiperspirant. It really does work, and if you apply it once every day, your sweating should be gone within a day or two. <3
