What's the best way to relax?

im really stressed out, and i really dont know how to deal with it........

ahoy bath with Lavern in it then relax after wards with a Glass of wine or if u do nt drink Camille tea in the day time go for a nice walk try and put ur stress out of ur mind for a least half an hour if this isn t working then book a few massages that's always works it s great getting rid of stress

It depends on what is causing stress, and what level of stress you are under. I think a good long sleep, good food, and exercise are always healthy. Funny movies always make me feel less stress too. But if you have a crisis it's good to talk it over with someone. And a major problem might require medical help.

You need a comfortable recliner or comforable bed. You need good lower leg support. Good support all the way around (shoulders and back and neck). Elevate your feet. Straighten your back out, ideally, to relax completely. Then do deep breathing exercizes, listen to soft music. Have some divine creature message your bod. Think about soft warm globes--like some big ol' huge babe's babe body. There!!!!!!
