It means "you resemble a model" Woman always read to much into things. Take it for what it is.

To me, knowing the way a lot of guys minds works, it means he thinks your hot, since thats what guys think of models pretty much. While this is a good thing, it also doesn't mean too much, since looks don't matter all that much in relationships(or at least they shouldn't)
