This reminds me of BOEING. One day I was picked by management to be the best and was awarded for it. Some years later in another plant-Same shop and people, one of them asked me if I wanted to be awarded for being the best or do you want it next month by a hourly employee. Like now most everyone has been laid-off so why dont we pass this around. I told them all to go to hell. Something like this is'nt to be passed around, but to honor it to exceptional people that do exceptioal work and then I walked away.
