A group called "Parachute Express" has a ton of children's songs. You can tell by the title of them what songs deal more with actions. They are upbeat and wonderful AND you can actually find them on iTunes.

Here are some of the action songs:

Put your finger on
The Shapes Game
Clean up crew

A lot of the songs you can act out as well. They are a great kids group. Hope this helps!

Well when my kids learned this one, it was the five little pumpkins but I've heard it several ways. hold your hand open so all 5 fingers show.

5 little pumpkins sitting on a gate
the 1st one said oh my it's getting late
the 2nd one said there are witches in the air
the 3rd one said but we don't care
the 4th one said lets run and run and run
the 5th one said get ready for some fun

( you've counted down closing a finger for each one)

Then whooosh went the wind ( swing your hand like it's a leaf in the wind)
And out went the lights ( clap your hands)
And the 5 little pumpkins rolled out of sight ( roll hands like in baker's man)

( hold your hand open with all 5 fingers showing wrist sitting on the other hand)

5 little monkeys sitting in a tree
They were teasing mr alligator you can't catch me
Then snap went the alligator and 4 little monkeys sitting in a tree
teasing mr alligator you can't catch me
Snap went the alligator then there were 3 little monkeys sitting in a tree
teasing mr alligator you can't catch me
Snap went the alligator then there were 2 little monkeys sitting in a tree
Teasing mr alligator then there was 1 little monkey sitting in a tree
Snap went the alligator then there was 0 little monkeys sitting in a tree.

(when they get to the part where they say snap, you clap your hands)

Hope this helps, my 2 girls are 5 and 6 and trying to think of more..Mom to 3.

My son loves to do row, row, row you boat. We learned the actions and additional verses at Story Time at the library. I sit on the floor with my legs out straight and he sits on my lap between my knees and waist. Then we hold hands and begin rocking back and forth as we sing the song.

2nd verse:
Rock, rock, rock your boat
rock it to and fro
watch out, give a shout
into the water you go! (tip over)

3rd verse:
Row, row, row your boat
down the jungle stream,
if you see an crocodile,
don't forget to scream! (scream)
