are you sure you mean cat and not "can"??? I don't know of any cat that can do anything to better the country unless it is Garfield!!!LOL

Make a difference in the small things that no one cares about. The country is serving itself, but that's not enough to save it from what everyone knows it is caving into. Change your lifestyle so that giving is the priority. Help the poor. Save the environment. Give to the military, like sending letters of encouragement or rations. JOIN the military. Whatever it takes.
Oh, and, by the way, your question ended up under "home>pets>cats" because you accidentally said cat instead of can...

Volunteer at your local SPCA, Help out with Habitat for Humanity, Deliver meals on wheels, and just treat people the way that you want to be treated.

turn your back yard into a nature habitat......serve our country in the military....adopt a rescue dog or cat....visit your local nursing home....volenter your time to a need organization........
