Those 6 statements can enforce self mutilation, suicide and many other things.
Are we not our brother's keeper? Can we not help the mentally disturbed? Can we not help our youth who fail to realize future consequences?

Pregnancy puts life changing physical and emotional stress on a woman.
A woman, or a couple in many cases, who made a big mistake (most women have no more than one abortion), forced to put her body through the physical and emotional strains of labor before she is ready, now that can ruin a life..
Though it is not always a mistake: birth-control fails, women are raped, should we set up a court to judge if a woman has a good enough reason to make the very hard decision to have an abortion? Convince a panel of jurors?
The thing I find funny is that those against abortion are usually against sexual education. Quite a funny relationship there.
We do, however, have many of our children growing up in below poverty level, often abusive conditions, raised by people who should have never been allowed to have children. Strange how we don't see more efforts going into helping these children. Don't worry about these children gotta give that 10% to the church.

Actually there are places in Europe who have done just this vis a vis drug usage and with some success.
We ourselves do this for cigarettes by and large, fast food, alcohol, sodas, gasoline, exercise, fashion taste.
I personally would like to take all of you and force you to walk, bike or use public transport, eat only vegetarian, drink a glass of wine each evening, play with your children, stop watching television, read more literature, recycle diligently, learn about other cultures, meditate so you're not so grouchy, and plant a tree each week.
If I can pass these into law and legislate them onto your bodies, then you can force me to carry a pregnancy, even if I'm raped by a man with very bad genetic material.
Deal?

It is in one's best interest to look out for the well being of other people. I tend to believe that a person's rights end when they infringe on the well being of someone else. I would say that killing your unborn child counts as infringing on their well being.
It always amazes that so many people try to debate topics like this without knowing anything about ethics or logic. That's why it's nice to actually see people use logic. Ethics, however, belongs in a different, and far more vicious, category.

Sorry - I'm pro-drugs. You have to cull the population somehow.
I'm a Pagan, I'm a Libertarian, and I'm proudly pro-choice even though I'd likely never have an abortion myself unless there was an awefully good reason (like rape, my own death, or a child with a severe medical condition and it wouldn't likely survive).

sure!
go for it.
if someone wants to destroy their body then they can go ahead and do it. they dont need anyones permission to do so.
my only concern is that those on drugs stammer in the street and get hit by a bus. since that would suck for the guy getting hit and the bus driver's monthly review i think those who choose to do drugs should have a clean, friendly place to do it...then when they come off the high they can rejoin society.
theres a country that does this already. i beleive its holland or amsterdam. they have places where people can shoot up with clean needles and can keep them safe during their high....they of course also help people to kick the habbit.
instead of trying to outlaw them we shoud try to make them pointless in the publics eye. just like religion :D

Good point, but you won't convince the pro-abortion supporters and the druggies will just say "Yeah, that's what I been sayin'"

You mistake pro-abortion for pro-choice. And I am for decriminalizing many drugs. Most were brought about by prejudice of a certain race or ethnicity of people. We fill our jail cells with recreational marijuana users. That is nuts.

But the drug user is getting hurt and we don't want others to hurt themselves. We have a sense of empathy and sympathy towards them.
The mother who aborts a baby causes no harm to herself.
