I love my boyfriend will all my heart. But because of the lie he told me, I am so afraid to trust him fully. What would you do?

depends on the lie but i would just talk to him about it and ask him why he lied

If you love someone, that's what you do...you forgive them. However it depends on the lie and what he did. Somethings are forgivable but prevent us from ever having trust in that person again. All you can do is give it time. Just try to work through it, try doing some new things with him. Go to new places and do things you guys have always wanted to do, this might help the 2 of you bond more. If this doesn't help, your relationship may be hopeless. Don't feel guilty if you can't forgive him, it's not your fault!!! Good luck sweety, I wish you the best!!!

It depends on the lie. If he was cheating, than no. I did that once, took a guy back after he cheated. The relationship went downhill from there, and not because of him. I couldn't trust him and started picking fights all the time just because I felt like everything he said was a lie. If you think you can truly forgive and forget, go for it. If not, it will end up ruining your relationship anyway.

If I were you, I would leave them after being lied to, especially a really painful lie. But I guess it depends on what the lie is about too. If its something in the relationship, I would leave. If he wants you back, make him earn your trust back.

it depends on the lie he told, if its a lie that he told to abouut the the way you looked in a dress then he didi not want to hurt your feelings, that does not make it rite, forgive, jus tell him that in order for your relationship to be sucessful you have to be honest with each other.

When someone lies to me that is pretty much the end of it for me. It is very hard for me to trust after that. You can try and work it out and trust him again, but believe me....after this you will question everything and it will be hard for you to trust him.

that all depends on the lie. If he cheated on you or stole from you than no. do not forgive him. If he hurt you)both mentally and physically) no,don't forgive him. if he broke that law and tried to hide it from you. don't forgive him. Hell,if he lied to you at all that shows hes untrustworthy and undeserving. Ditch his lying butt.
