i have male friend that i work with and he's a great guy, really nice and good looking. He calls me "sweetie" and "good lookin" all the time which is nice and i dont mind it. He ask's about my relationship with my boyfriend frequently, which i am happy in, and often mention's that he is unhappy with his girlfriend and his relationship, and that he may be single soon.
Do you think he is just being friendly? Or possibly interested in being more than friends?

It really depends on how he comes on to you. If he is the touchy type and just can't keep his hands off of you, it is a good possibility that he is a flirter. If he is always talking about her though, it is another possibility that he just really misses her and just needs someone to talk to.
