im 5'6-5'7 130 lbs and play outside backer

i want to get ready for next years football season (and get more popular with girls)

i just started to hit the gym last week

what should i do?

Ok well your going to play football right? That means your going to need your core lifts to improve and that is your squat, deadlift, and bench. These will help you drive your opponet into the ground! All those machine excercises are a complete waste of time if you cant squat to save your life since thats where your powers at on the field. Use this program read it through its simple but Extremly effective.
