I'm not really sure there is a way to say "you're my best friend" in Swahili. 'Wewe ni rafiki yangu' is you are my friend. Maybe something like 'wewe ni rafiki yangu wa kwanza' = you're my first friend might work. In some cases, first translates as best depending on the context.
