Is breeding two dogs who share the same father (but different mothers) in-breeding or in-line-breeding?

That would be considered in breeding.
Line breeding would consist of skiping a generation.For example: the "grandmother" to the "grandson."The daughter/ mother is skipped in this Line breeding.

OK, going to give you a lesson here about breeding. First there is the like to like breeding which is the normal breeding where you take take the overall look of the female and find a stud dog that physically compliments her look, The theory is that if you breed like to like you get like, the second is line breeding it involves analyzing the pedigrees of your ***** and the potential stud dogs to choose a good match. Line breeding is smililar to to the above breeding only instead of collecting pphysical similarities, yhou are collecting the genes of a particular dog. Inbreeding is an extremely cloe line breeding. Pedigree-breeding is an outcross. A outcross breeding will have a pedigree where there are no or at least very few, dogs in common, This often happens when you are breeding like to like, Most breeders practice some form of line breeding generally focusiong on one of the important studs in their breed. I for one don't believe in in breeding or line breeding.. I highly recommend like to like breeding.
