I'm about to get my permit, and me & my mom are car shopping... does anyone know which company would be the best to buy from?? i.e., Ford, Nissan, Honda, Saturn... etc. ???

Also, I kinda would need to know which model of the company(s) would be best, too.

Toyota Corolla consistently rates as the most dependable car in its class, any Toyota or Honda is great though.

If you want the best car on paper? Toyota or Honda. They hardly break and are good on gas.

Now, if you have personal tastes on one brand or the other, obviously that should factor in. If you have a choice in the matter, get a car you'll enjoy driving.
