Maybe because your are eating to much salt (msn). That is what happens to me when I eat out. You should talk to your doctor, and try to stay away from salty things.

Water plus salt equals that gross bloated feeling. Having some warm grapefruit juice soon after eating can help. Or a small cup of hot tea may help too. Grapefruit juice and tea are both natural diuretics.

It is possible that you have food allergies.
Do you eat the same types of food at all these places?
Is it something different they what you eat at home?
Many people as they get older develope allergies to food that they have eaten all their lives.

It could be the salt as suggested above, or nitrates, which you can get from wine or processed meats (sausage, pepperoni, sometimes chicken strips or pre-made poppers or other bar foods).
