IRANIAN agents are paying local Iraqis around the southern city of Basra as much as $500 a month to carry out attacks on coalition forces...

As if the taking of our embassy wasn't enough. WHEN THE HELL ARE WE GOING TO TAKE OUT THIS PROVOCATIVE ENEMY?

I say we should bomb them tomorrow! We know that the leadership of Iran sponsors terror. Sadly, with the way this country is moving (toward the all talk and no action strategies of the democrats), we probably won't take any action until Iran sponsors a major cataclysmic terrorist attack.

If confirmed, yep, that would be an act of war. It seems that our two countries have been at war for over 20 years now.

Don't forget Hizbollah's bombing of the Marines barracks in Lebanon killing 220 Marines and 21 other US personnel.

They also have detained 15 British naval personnel in the last day. Hopefully they will return to their families safely.

I don't want to sound like I want to go to war with Iran, I don't. We need to figure out a way to deal with Iran, preferably without violence.

Possibly...I'm more concerned that Iran has taken British marines prisoner:

From CNN:

An Iranian naval patrol seized 15 British marines and sailors who had boarded a vessel suspected of smuggling cars off the coast of Iraq, military officials said.

The British government immediately demanded the safe return of its troops and summoned Tehran's London ambassador to explain the incident.

Foreign Minister Margaret Beckett said she was "extremely disturbed" by the capture of the 15 personnel.

I'm sorry, was there some inference that we're not paying people to wage a quiet war against Iran?????? Do you know why the Iranian president (that little sh*t) bagged his trip to the UN? Because we "delayed" visas for his air crew. Why do you suppose we did that? So that if he came, we could put OUR spies on HIS plane, or maybe even our assassins on his plane. Believe it -- we are not just standing around with our thumbs up our butts. We're paying people to kill people too, all over the world. Don't be so naive. And have a nice day.

Iran also supplies the Iraqis with their basic needs,,, water,, electricity,, food and more,,, Achmadinejad is just like Bush,, he believes that the Koran is based on literal truth,, and he does not believe in the Holocaust,,, he is a right wing conservative who basis his war strategy on prophecy,,, George W. is the same,, he believes that the KJV of the bible re-written in 1611 by a King who condoned his own mothers be-heading,,,is based on literal truth,, 73% of the American people have awakened to the truth,, 27% will blindly follow Bush into the pits of damnation,,, because they don't have a clue about reality.....

You sound like you love seeing American troops die for nothing... you like to see their blood taint the streets huh? Are you an enemy of the United States?

Why don't you do this sparky:

Run fast as you can, bare feet, to Iran and beat them up. I hope you're not looking for support to back England and their problems by sending our AMERICAN troops to fight this battle too... Maybe you should just run.. and fight Iran all by yourself and when you get nice and tired of walking around with no clothes you should return and ask Bush and his daughters to assist.

Until then, hush up, have a seat and be still !

American special forces have incursed into Iran already, some time back, so who went first?

As for provocation you have a major force of your navy stationed off of their coastline, whats up with that?

sure.

but what about the money that saudi arabia and the usa is supplying to sunni groups in iraq that we know for a fact that some terror organizations are getting - i guess that doesn't count even though more us soldiers have died at the hands of sunnis than shiites...

We needed to show Iran the results of our peaceful nuclear program a long time ago. Of course, it would've been a QUICK lesson.
