I am relocating to Northridge, Ca and working off of Balboa Blvd. Any ideas on what is a good area to live? I don't want to commute for hours on end or stay in an eternal gridlock.
Thanks.

Gee, you should live right where you work. There is virtually no commute... Northridge is nice place to live, almost any place in Northridge would be good...Don't get creative...You are lucky to work in a liveable nice suburb....

Northridge is a nice area to live. If you are looking to rent, there are a lot of nice apartment buildings near Cal. State. University Northridge.
You could also try the surrounding areas such as Porter Ranch, Chatsworth, Granada Hills.
Just stay away from North hills, Reseda, and some parts of Van Nuys.
All of these areas are not more then a 10 - 15 minute drive to Balboa Blvd. in Northridge and most are even closer.
Good luck!

i do no longer comprehend who you will possibly desire to touch yet this could be a concern-free element to do. do away with fixtures, tarp flooring and partitions with plastic, spray the ceiling with water to get it moist. A backyard sprayer, a paint sprayer with water in it, even a hose with a sprayer on it if careful . Get an prolonged guard on a as we communicate fringe of a few type. I certainly have even used small steel signs and indicators that I certainly have linked to an prolonged timber closet pole to maintain me from being under the popcorn because it falls. Scrape it off with the scraper. Do a small area at a time. be care finished to no longer gouge the sheet rock or the taped seams. If it would not come off hassle-free you haven't any longer have been given it moist adequate. enable the water soak into the popcorn for a jiffy in the previous scraping. wish this helps, kenney g. in Portland , Oregon.
