big family roast with roast potato's and Yorkshire puddings and trifle for afters home made of course and lots of sherry in it 10 of use normally great need to start planing thanks for reminding me

This year I'm having a few extra guests. Here's my menu:

celery stuffed with goat cheese


Main Course: Baked ham with homemade sweet and sour
glaze
Baked potato casserole
Fresh asparagas with parmesan
Fresh green beans with lemon butter
Ambrosia fruit salad
Parker House Rolls with sweet butter

Dessert: Trifle with angel food cake, vanilla custard,
whipped cream and fresh strawberries

To Drink: Pelligrino with Toriani Raspberry Syrup

Pinot Grigio and Merlot

I go to my parents for Easter Sunday dinner after church. My mom usually makes baked ham, sweet potatoes, homemade mac/cheese, biscuits, etc. Any kind of pie for dessert and sweet tea to drink. Yummy. I think this year she wants turkey.

We are having the same spread that we always have:

Coke Ham & Potatoes
7 layered salad
Mac & Cheese
Sweet Potato Cassarole
Corn
Mashed Potatoes
Peas
Broccoli
Deviled eggs
Yeast Rolls

Dessert: We always have red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, coconut cream pie, and whatever else my grandma decides to make.

There are 15 of us (aunts & uncles included), so we have a pretty big spread

It depends on who's cooking, and what' they feel like making. If i'm going to Grandma's, i'm pretty sure we are having stuffed cabbage and a bunch of side orders.

At my mom's, it can either be traditional roasts, or big pasta platters.

When i'm cooking for the family, it's all over the map. I've made italian salads and appetizers and mac and cheese, but I've also made Taco dinners and one year we did a rack of lamb. So, completly depends on your mood.

Lamb kabobs or Ham. Red potatoes. Green beans or asparagus cooked with almond slivers and minced garlic. For dessert my mother-in-law has made a cake shaped like a bunny face we called it "psycho bunny" or she has made "bird nests".
Ingredients
12 ounce Package of chocolate or butterscotch chips
2 cups Crumbled shredded-wheat cereal without sugar coating, or one can chow mien noodles
1 bag Malted milk eggs or jelly beans
Preparation
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (or use a double boiler on the stove). Stir in either two cups of crumbled cereal or one can of chow mien noodles.

Let the mixture cool until it is merely warm to the touch, then scoop dollops into a nonstick muffin pan. With a spoon, press each into the shape of a nest.

Put a few malted-milk eggs or jelly beans in each nest. Let the nest set until they are firm. You can put them in the refrigerator to speed the process.

it would have to be roast lamb as its traditional with all the trimmings with easter eggs 4 afters and a good movie

Deviled Easter eggs - with green dye, and ham, so we have green eggs and ham (ha ha). I like to make a savory cherry sauce. Potatoes au gratin, asperagus, salad, and angel food cake with bunny-shaped truffles on the side. I decorate everything with edible flowers.
