I gave up drinking 2 weeks ago, its 11.00 here in London, Tonight i am feeling the urge to start again, I dont why but i am feeling too emotional, feel like crying. Feel like smiling too, changes every min, mood swings?
why i stopped was it was effecting my health (not severe, just vomiting), and i was drinking everday.
I have the stock in my house, What do i do?
It seems like i made it a serious question, no worries people, funny answers will be greatly appreciated too.

Poor it down the sink before you give in. You can always talk to us when you are feeling this way...

dude, I dont know you but, gotta do what
you gotta do/
somehow, though( I read it all, It
isn't a major). The One Big Thing is
driving. you live in the UK.
The United States has tons and tons
of laws. Some of us like that. Point is,
I think there is a pub on every corner
where you live. Here, politicians run
the show, more than they will admit.
They have zoning laws, so I can't
walk down the street to have an ale.
I live somewhere that is 3 or 4 miles
from a good watering hole.
A whole lot of this is BS, making a long
story short. All the world governments
thrive on controlling money, but not people
who are not lucky enough to live in
Middle Earth, or on Jupiter.
If you like to drink, and don't
need to drive to a destination you
can walk and have a porter,
and imbibe.
Rule no. 1...if you are single, even if you
are not, you are no. 1. Arguments
will abound, and none of them valid.
"now it seems so far away....."

The reason you want alcohol is because there is something called nicotine in it which is a drug that makes alcohol, marijuana, and cigaretts addictive. This is only because your body has had nicotine before and wants more of it. It is great that you've stopped drinking. DO NOT come back to it. You will never stop. I would say one little drink a week is great. If you completley stop, it may be an issue for a while. One drink a week is perfect and won't harm your body. If you have a big stock of drinks in your house, don't drink them all at once. Or, you can pour them down the sink (waste of money, but that is what you get when you start drinking).

My friend, you don't have to have the shakes to be an alcoholic, you been drinking for 3 years? But you were drinking everyday, and at the end, you were "just vomiting".. ask yourself if you can stop after the first drink, can you predict what you will do after the first drink? or will you have a black out? You gave up drinking 2 weeks ago, trust me, you are detoxing....been there, done that, came back, and survived........

Hun, every day is going to be tough, some nights you will wake up and swear you drank from a dream. Call your sponsor, or go to meeting Alchol is physical dependent and also our emotional crutch. Find your trigger through counciling. Do not go this road alone sweety. Find the right help. AA meetings Church, peers with the same struggle.
Best of luck, I have struggled and continue to struggle for a long long time. Please feel to let me know how it goes. My fight is not over you also need to keep your chin up.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
It will come in due time, but not your time. You want it now.

well, since you decided to stop drinking, you should not drink. Have you given it up forever? are you an alcoholic?
If so, just dump all the alcohol in your house (if it belongs to you).
If you arn't an alcoholic then you could drink 1 or 2 drinks to calm the urge, but I wouldn't suggest it since it sounds like your alcoholic.
you should try calling someone you can hang out with and get out of the house and go somewhere where there is no drinking

Well, if you are going to quit drinking without any outside help and you still have the stuff in your house and you are not going to drive anywhere, have a drink because if you don't you will obsess until you do and then feel really bad about yourself. Have your drink and then in the morning call a professional about how to quit drinking forever. It is pretty hard to do it on your own.

Hmmmm drinking should be when you're feeling merry!
For real, when you're emotional, you probably shouldn't drink, 'cause then it can get to the point where you NEED one when you feel a certain way. Drink socially, or have a glass of wine. Just don't guzzle down the whole bottle.

DONT DRINK! its bad for you! and ruins not only your life but your families- that is unless you drink but not to get drunk.
but if its effecting your health then dont do it to yourself because once you give in again your going to restart your addiction and rutine and you will feel horrible and disgusted with yourself that you gave in. try to test out other drinks [non-alcoholic] and see what you like- try red-bull or something.
good luck!!
