I take 600mg a day and am afraid of overdosing.

first of all 600mg is way to much,it can cause diabetes and pancreatic and other problems,so i would talk to yuo r doctor about putting you down more,theres allso repiridol wich can help or zyprexa,600mg wow ,theres sumthing wrong with your doctor thats too much!i dont mean to scare you?even 300 is too much

Your doctor knows what's best for you. I doubt you can overdose.

you can overdose on any medication...including vitamins...call your doctor or poison control
