I don't know but lately I've been having this weird feeling. Everywhere I go i see people making hand signs and cursing at me. Is this spiritual? Cause when I tell my friends, they don't seem to see it Its like everyone hates me now they even call me diablo...

I don't think the people are cursing you. You might have been perceiving that way. There is a saying, if you see through yellow lens, the whole world looks yellow. So, it is all in your mind, I guess.
In any case, if I am wrong, you might need to find out why they are doing so. And try to work in that direction, to avoid people from cursing you again.

It sounds to me like you are under some form of demonic harassment. Evil spirits can cause you to see and hear things in an attempt to destroy you. It's very unlikely that there is an actual group of people whom you don't know that are doing these things unless somehow you've been marked out by a Satanic cult or something.
Anyhow, I would turn to God in prayer in the name of Jesus and get some help.

Most other cultures are very friendly. Watch what u are representing yourself as. Many people dont like Americans, if u make no effort to learn about these people u are around, they will go by what they no if u dont do anything. Just let them no you are open to there side, dont make them think what they have heard about. You can easily change the way the see you.

Wow... well first tell them to stop calling you diablo if you don't like it. If there is someone you do/don't know that does something bad like bad words or bad hand signs, go up to them (no matter who) and tell them! No one should be afraid to stand up to someone.

I think there is more to the story than what you are telling. Maybe some event took place to cause public objection to something you did and they cannot tolerate it. IF that is the case I still supsect it is their problem they cannot deal with not your problem. If you just wave hello to them maybe soon they will get over it

i dont think it has anything to do with spirituality, i feel like people are saying bad things about me at school all the time

I would
#1- Go to church ASAP.
#2- Talk to your church pastor ASAP.
#3- Your friends are NOT your friends. They would not call you the devil if you were feeling this way. They would help you. Stay away from them. They may be the bad influence as to why your feeling the way you do. This may be God's way of trying to lead you down the right path.
