Hi, my names Jazmine. I'm a 15 year old female, 5'5, and i weight 128 pounds. I'm trying to go down to 125 by the end of march, and im on a diet now. I want to know if i can eat shrimp (not breaded) and if i can how much?

sure you can. eat a normal serving (about a fistful and a half)

Average serving is about 4 or 5 oz.

LOTS of water (no less than 1/2 a gallon per day), NO carbs or fast food, and jog every day. Done religiously, you'll hit your goa no prob.
