Can I have both?
After eating all that cheese I would be so constipated that I would need them raisins to get me going again.

I'll take the raisins; they're healthier. But I'll divide 'em up into six servings and eat one a day until they're gone - eating 'em all at once is too much of a good thing.

The raisins, hands down.
Why?
Because I hate eating non foods, and by the way so should you.
Read your label.

What a cheesy question, anyway you slice it. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
