ok listen...if you just had a baby you are just fine...nothing wrong with being thick...just remember skinny is just as unattractive as obesity...atleast i think so ...so to me thick is just perfect...besides listen you have a new beautiful baby and in the end thats what matters i assume your baby is healthy and such and thats the best gift anyone could ever recieve...so if anyone calls you fat or any such name its rubbish...you are just perfect...beauty comes from within and that beauty carries forward to the outside ...and as far as i am concerned...there is nothing more beutiful than a new mommy....Rosie

It doesn't matter if you have had a child or not. But, I have seen BMI calculators that also look at age. The link below doesn't have the age factored in.

But, you can put your info into the calculator and find out. Also, remember...BMIs are only suggestions. They go by the general population. Everyone is different. As long as you exercise, eat a healthy diet and keep within decent weight range, you're fine:-)

Yes, you are overweight. You should weigh no more than 145 to be healthy.

A good indicator is to check your waist. Anything over 32" means you are at higher risk for heart disease, diabetes and joint/back problems.

youll be fine @ 135. 160 is a bit too much for 5'4. At 5'5 and 130lbs i look really thin!

You are fine, but it would not hurt to run and get 20 - 30 minutes of working out.

I think you should know your Body Mass Index (BMI). After calculating your BMI you can see whether you are underweight, normal, overweight or obese.

see this for BMI explanation and calculation, it's easy :):

120

PS, why does having a baby matter? I have two and I'm 120 pounds and 5'7''

Go on a diet and work out 5 days a week.
