Well, depends why she's saying that! If she likes you, her comment is probably a positive thing - meaning simply, that she likes you so much she can't keep her mind off you - and that makes living normal life hard!
The best answer to that? Tell her you feel the same way (assuming you really DO, of course), and that you love how it feels! The song "Beautiful Mess" by Diamond Rio, comes to mind!
