Okay. My mom and my sister's father split.

Her father remarries, has a girl.

So, this means that it's my sister's sister.

What relation is that to me, if any?

There is no blood relation. You are only related through marriage. So, if you want to spend your time explaining that over and over so people won't think you're a pervert, go ahead.

Assuming the original sister you mention is your father's daughter your half sister and then he has another daughter by someone else, there is no relationship between the two of you.
