Does anyone else have this problem.. instead of snoring my bf tends to chomp in his sleep.. its annoying, loud and i can't sleep..
Anyone have any advice on what to do about this??

I would suggest that you have your bf wear a mouth guard when he sleeps.

My fiance doesnt chomp but he snores....LOUD! I know its way annoying and you cant sleep...my advice is to fall asleep before he does so that you can get yourself into a deep sleep and ignore the chomping( its how i deal with the snoring at times) Or just everytime he starts let him know..wake him up! Try a mouth guard..I grind my teeth at night and it helps with that...you can buy them at a drug store or go to the dentist.
