I am using Nourkrin, what else should I include in my diet?

I have been using it for 6 weeks now, and I'm not sure if I've seen much improvement. Should I be including additional foods in my diet?

forget about the nourkrin and add healthy high nutrient low fat food into your diet like fruits and vegetables and lean proteins.

you need more whole and living foods, good quality protein like fish and chicken, baked or broiled not deep fried or drenched in oil or fat.

your key is a healthy combination of food and exercise

no supplement in the world can do the work for you

Nourkin is a useless supplement, sold mainly as a 'cure' for hair loss. There is no possible way ANYTHING like this could possibly assist you.

In the few weeks I have been answering 'Health Answers' I have had my eyes really opened. I had no idea that such a high percentage of the population are so naive as to believe in the myths, potty patent medicines, illegal drugs, illegally purchased prescription only drugs, charlatans and just plain crooks, purporting or pretending that they can fix them.
