if this girl has a crush on you? Would she be offended that I "invaded on her privacy"? Or would she be mildly surprised? I'm not exactly sure what to say though. Any ideas that will reduce my chances of looking like a creep?

Hi, well how did you invade her privacy? Anyhow if a guy I liked called me I would really be surprised and very happy. Go ahead and give her a call, I'm sure that she would love to talk to you, she does have a crush on you so then why wouldn't she right.

If you know she likes you, and you like her too, ask her if you can call her. If she says yes. then ask for her phone number. You might look creepy if you never ask, and have to research to find it. If she says it's ok, then it's not invading her privacy -- asking just shows that you respect her.

If she has a crush on you, she'll not be "mildly surprised," she'll be ecstatic! Call her and chat it up. Try to think of the last conversation you had with her and go from here... just let things flow, and don't comment on how it's awkward. Luck, have fun :)
