My vehicle is UK registered but i drive with a French license. I was caught speeding and sent a prosecutiuon. Will i get 3 points removed on my license or will it stay clean?

3 points only apply to driving in Britain your licence will still be clean in France but the points are recorded to the individual 9 more points and you will be banned

It will stay clean but you will have the points for 4 years from the date of coviction and if you accumulate 12 you can be disqualified from driving in UK even if you dont have UK licence.

A system is beginning to be put in place whereby you can be given points on another EU licence, it is not yet operating.
