It is true. I am an example of like "mother like daughter" but I do have some characteristics that remind people who know my sister of my sister. My sister is an example of "Like Father like Daughter" I am more like my mother though, we both have the worry gene, we are worriers. We also tend not to be very confrontational about most things. My sister more like my dad because they are both stubborn to a point of ignorance. I think the phrases are true, its in the genes with my family at least.
