Are you meaning the post mortem photos of the 19th Century where the dead were posed as if they were alive? You just search for post mortem images really. Or if you are wanting autopsy images search autopsy. It really depends on what sort of image you are searching for.

- Visit a cemetery and check the tombstones.
- Look at the obituary section.
