hi when i go to burn cd from i tunes it stops and says error unknown found 1771 help?

are you burning cd's or dvd's? Make sure you are using the right disc and instead of trying to use burn icon, right-click and then select copy to cd. I have had problems with burning from itunes so I usually just use windows media player or jukebox or another program to bypass that issue.
